Liability Waiver

By utilizing our plumbing services, the customer agrees to release and hold harmless our plumbers and company from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the performance of the work, except in cases of negligence or unlawful actions. This includes incidental or consequential damages related to the services provided.

Service and Sales Policy

We stand behind the quality of our parts and services. If you encounter any issues, you have 30 days from the date of service to contact us for assistance.

Conditions for Service

Limitations

We cannot guarantee or cover repairs required due to misuse, tampering, environmental conditions (e.g., freezing pipes), or alterations made by the customer or third parties.

No Refund Policy

All sales and services are final. Due to the customized nature of plumbing repairs and installations, we do not offer refunds. We encourage customers to ask questions and fully understand the work before authorizing service.

Agreement and Liability

Payment Upon Completion

By signing the invoice, you acknowledge that the agreed-upon prices are final, and payment is due upon the completion of the service.

Agreement to Terms by Contacting Us

By contacting us via phone, email, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy, including providing reasonable access to service areas and necessary cooperation during the work.

Potential for Accidental Damage

We take precautions to avoid property damage during plumbing services (e.g., pipe repairs, wall access, fixture installations). However, due to the nature of plumbing work, incidental damage (e.g., drywall cuts, water leakage) may occur. Customers agree to bear responsibility for such damage unless caused by gross negligence.

Customer Responsibility

By proceeding with our plumbing services, whether in person or by contacting us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Additional Plumbing Service Policies

  1. Service Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. If you experience any issues related to the service provided within 30 days, please contact us, and we will address the problem at no additional cost.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. All pricing is discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.
  3. Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
  4. Emergency Services: For emergency plumbing services (e.g., burst pipes, sewage backups), we aim to respond as quickly as possible. Additional fees may apply for after-hours or holiday calls and will be communicated upfront.
  5. Work Authorization: All work will only be performed with the explicit consent of the customer. We provide a detailed explanation of the services and associated costs before starting any job.
  6. Code of Conduct: Our team members will behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Abusive behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.
  7. Property Protection: We take every precaution to protect your property, including flooring, fixtures, and surrounding areas. However, the customer agrees to release us from liability for any incidental damage where reasonable care was taken.
  8. Service Limitations: Some plumbing services may require specialized parts, tools, or permissions (e.g., municipal permits). We will inform you if a service cannot be performed or must be deferred.
  9. Work Area Access: The customer is responsible for ensuring access to all necessary areas (e.g., basements, crawlspaces, utility rooms). Delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.
